Sanmaya Mohanty
Co Founder
Sanmaya is the Founder of QriusAI Foundation, a nonprofit working to make 30 million Indians AI-ready by 2030, with a focus on underserved communities and grassroots impact across India. Holding a Master’s in AI and ML from IIT Guwahati, he pairs deep academic grounding in artificial intelligence with a rare instinct for community-building. A React Native developer turned Developer Advocate turned Product Marketing leader, Sanmaya brings both technical depth and hands-on execution to everything he builds.
Through QriusAI Foundation, he runs AI Capacity Building sessions for leading nonprofits across India and North America, including BalaVikasa and the PowerToFly Foundation. The Foundation also works in active partnership with state governments to bring structured AI education to students and professionals at scale, having delivered AI Capacity Building programs with the Telangana and Chhattisgarh State Governments.
During his time at PowerToFly, Sanmaya worked closely on the Diversity Reboot Summits, led community programs, and conceptualized and pioneered the Diversity Hackathon Series. He serves as a Mentor of Change under the Atal Innovation Mission, Government of India.

Mayank Pathak
Co Founder
Mayank Pathak is a social impact professional with extensive experience in building strategic partnerships across the corporate, government, and development sectors to deliver scalable and sustainable social change. He specializes in designing and implementing high-impact CSR initiatives that align business objectives with public policy and community development priorities. With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and evidence-based implementation, he has successfully brought together corporates, government institutions, and civil society organizations to address complex social challenges. His work is driven by a commitment to strengthening public systems, promoting inclusive development, and creating measurable, long-term impact across communities.
A separate nonprofit
The same founders also run Qrius AI Foundation, a Section 8 nonprofit doing AI literacy work with underserved and rural communities, including teacher training for NGOs.
